Protecting your business in the digital age with cutting-edge legal strategies.
CD Lawyers derived from a consultancy company which Emma Green and John Green founded in 2013. The consultancy initially focused on cyber security, data protection compliance and training. As the scope of client’s needs expanded beyond what the consultancy could offer, especially in litigation, the need to transition into a full-fledged law firm became apparent.
Founders Emma and John transitioned from providing training and consultancy to forming the law firm CD Lawyers to address a broader scope of legal challenges, including litigation capabilities. The transition was fuelled by the realisation they could offer more comprehensive services as a regulated law firm, responding to the increasing legal demands of their clients especially in the face of substantial compliance fines and increased litigation.
Both founders, combining their legal expertise and IT backgrounds, have significantly contributed to developing robust global programs, frameworks and client focused support.
At CD Lawyers, we understand that while compliance might come with costs, the consequences of non-compliance can be far more expensive and damaging. We stand ready to help businesses ensure their operations not only meet legal standards but also security against potential fines and legal challenges.
